Our operators represent the industry’s most knowledgeable professionals, with our core team bringing more than 40 years of combined experience. Each operator completes rigorous training, including factory-based operational training, ANSI compliance certification, and safety protocol training.
Our comprehensive operator training program includes an eight-hour certification course that meets all ANSI requirements. The program consists of two to three hours of classroom instruction, with detailed PowerPoint presentations covering equipment specifications, critical maintenance points, and safety protocols. This is followed by hands-on training at either our purpose-built training bridge in York, South Carolina (the only such facility in the industry), or at your worksite. Every operator must successfully demonstrate full deployment and retraction of the equipment to receive certification, which is valid for two years and includes documentation and hard hat certification stickers.
